Pulevou was set up to address a specific gap: analysts entering financial roles who understood accounting principles but struggled to build models that held up under scrutiny. The programme does not teach general finance theory — it focuses on the construction logic, formula discipline, and output structure that analysts actually use when preparing forecasts, valuations, or board-ready presentations.
Remote access was a deliberate design decision from the beginning. Learners from smaller towns and rural areas face real constraints around travel and scheduling. Every lecture is structured so that a learner in Letterkenny and one in Cork can follow the same material at a pace that fits their working week.

How instruction connects to practice
Concept lecture
Each topic opens with a focused explanation of the underlying logic — why the structure exists, not just how to replicate it.
applied through
Worked model walkthrough
The instructor builds the model live, narrating formula choices, flagging common errors, and explaining output interpretation as each step completes.
tested by
Structured exercise
Learners rebuild a parallel model independently, using a dataset that introduces deliberate variation from the lecture example to prevent mechanical copying.
reviewed against
Annotated review session
A follow-up lecture addresses the 4 to 6 most frequent structural errors from the exercise, showing the corrected version alongside the flawed one so the difference is visible.
Orsolya Fekete
Lead Financial Modelling Instructor
Orsolya spent 11 years building integrated models for mid-market M&A transactions before joining Pulevou. Her instruction focuses on the structural decisions analysts face when a model needs to be both audit-ready and adaptable to revised assumptions at short notice.
Tadgh Ó Briain
Programme Director
Tadgh oversees curriculum sequencing and the pacing of content across all 4 modules. He previously led analyst training at a Dublin-based corporate finance advisory, where he identified the specific gaps in model literacy that the Pulevou programme was designed to address.
